PlayStation 5, which has been experiencing a stock shortage since its announcement in 2020, has not shown any signs of an increase for almost two years. But Chinese players must have complained about this situation, as they produced their own fake PlayStation 5 – you can buy GameStation 5 for $25 right away.
GameStation 5 Has 200 Games
Many folks haven’t been able to get their hands on a PlayStation 5, despite the repeated assurances that supply concerns will eventually be resolved. Until you get PlayStation 5 in your hand, you can try to play with this fake PS5 – I meant GameStation 5. The $25 GameStation 5 has many features the PlayStation 5 doesn’t have. When we look at the sellers on eBay, we see that it comes with 200 games, so you won’t need to buy games one by one.
As you can guess, this product imitates Sony’s next-gen console. The video by YouTuber Spawn Wave shows the GameStation 5 copying Sony’s design and selling a console from the ’90s. Although it looks like the same shape as the console, it does not satisfy anyone.
The first detail we’ve noticed in the video was the GS5 size – it’s certainly much smaller, almost the size of a palm. Another thing to note is that the controller (or controllers since there are two) looks like the original PlayStation controller rather than DualSense. Or, we can say that they were ‘inspired’ by a simple design.
Nevertheless, it works, but as you might guess, it won’t give you the next-gen experience you’d expect from a Sony console.
