If you’ve been patiently waiting to see more of Clementine and company in Telltale Games’ The Walking Dead series, you won’t have that much longer to wait, apparently.

Telltale Games’ official Twitter account tweeted out a teaser image earlier today with confirmation that the game will be releasing later this year. The image shows Clementine and AJ huddled together in a pose that looks similar to that in Season 1, where Lee was Clementine’s protector against the zombie hordes—and other people. Those days may be gone, but the same kind of camaraderie exists between Clem and AJ, clearly.

There’s no concrete release date for us to embark on the latest zombie journey, but at least we know it’s going to be this year and settling on consoles and PC as well as mobile devices.

If you’re heading to PAX East, you can look forward to an hour-long panel, where fans will be given their first look at the game on April 6. The panel, called “Telltale’s The Walking Dead: First Look at the Final Season,” will show off a real glimpse at what the title will bring when it finally lands.

If this is the first time you’ve ever really thought about playing Telltale Games’ vision of The Walking Dead, you might want to go through and play the rest of the catalogue before the new game drops.
