Sifting through the over 89,000,000 screenshots, videos, and workshop items available within the Steam Community would take one more than a few minutes…or hours…or days to do. Aside from that, it can be a pain in the ass to find exactly what you’re looking for, which is exactly why Valve is currently working on a big update and redesign to the Steam Community that will better aide you in finding and sharing the best content the community has to offer.

Firstly, Valve will be implementing a concept called “Game Hubs” which will allow every title within the vast library of Steam to enjoy a area specifically dedicated to it. Each Game Hub will feature user screenshots, videos, mods, articles, and updates centered around that specific title. Each Hub will display a number of tabs at the top so you can easily shift between what area of content you’d like to view, and will also feature a Discussions tab so that you no longer have to specifically enter the Steam forums in order to converse with other gamers.

Additionally, the community itself will be deciding what the landscape of each Hub looks like, as users will rate content so that the most popular pieces are automatically visible at the top.

Valve promises to detail other features of the new Steam Community in the coming days, as well as when gamers can expect to see a beta. The image below gives you a brief glimpse at what your Skyrim Hub may look like soon:
