Darill Arts has announced that their critically-acclaimed Remothered saga is set to continue in a brand-new graphic novel set to release later this month.
Book One, called A Lamb to the Slaughter, is set for a digital-only release. The graphic novel “is written by Chris Darril, author and game director of the Remothered saga, adapted by Simon Birks, illustrated by Willi Roberts of Blue Fox Comics and published by Darril Arts.”
Book One, A Lamb to the Slaughter, takes place between Remothered: Tormented Fathers and Remothered: Broken Porcelain, it “takes place two years after the mysterious disappearance of Celeste, Richard and Arianna Felton’s only daughter. Right after news reports of a fire breaking out at the Ashmann Inn, the two receive an unexpected visit that sets off events in this intense piece in the Remothered series’ puzzle”.
Think of this as a “first chapter of an authentic Director’s Cut shedding light on some happenings and characters that – apparently – play a secondary role in the acclaimed survival horror saga, but are actually an integral part of its grand design of events.”
Remothered: A Lamb to the Slaughter Book One is set to release digitally on January 29th, 2021, on Steam and GOG. As of this writing, the most recent game, Remothered: Broken Porcelain, and Tormented Fathers, the first game, is available on PlayStation, Xbox, PC and Nintendo Switch.
