The Quarry is the latest game from Supermassive Games in the interactive drama genre that is the spiritual successor to Until Dawn. In the game, nine teenagers gather around Hackett’s Quarry to spend a night, but things turn around, and the characters have to do their best to survive. While playing The Quarry, you might wonder if you can save Nick. Yes, it is possible, and here is the guide to save him in the game.
Can You Save Nick in The Quarry?
Before we continue, you must be advised that saving Nick will cost other characters’ lives, and the game’s events might get much more complicated.
In Chapter 3, Nick will be bitten by a werewolf, and you have the choice to either Help Nick or Run to Camp, which you should select Help Nick. This will put Abigail in danger, but Nick will survive this episode. After that, Ryan will search for Nick and find him getting dragged by hunters. Here, you have the option to shoot. Since it’s a shotgun, it is best to aim above.
Then in Chapter 6, the group will notice some changes in Nick’s behavior. Then they will throw him into the pool. After that, Abigail can explore the poolhouse for some collectibles, but once she returns to Nick, he will throw her across the room. Then Abi will get a hold of a shotgun, and you have the choice of shooting Nick or not. It is best to shoot Nick since he will not die and run, but not shooting will lead to Nick decapitating Abigail.
The next time you see Nick, he is in a monster form in Chapter 8. In here, Laura and Ryan will find him, and Laura attempts to shoot the werewolf, aka Nick, so make sure Ryan interrupts when the prompt appears.
The final time we encounter Nick is Chapter 10, where the players have to lift the werewolf curse. To do this, Caleb, the werewolf who bit Nick, must be killed. You can do this in many ways, but the best one is probably locking the creature in a freezer by Kaitlyn and Dylan.
