We told you before, and we will repeat it, never trust a “leak” that is too good to be true.

If you recall, a bunch of supposed “leaks” recently dropped that gained the attention of the Pokemon Community around supposed Galar form Pokémon (which to be fair haven’t been denied yet) and a supposed Pokédex leak — which has now been proved to be false.

None of the Pokémon that were revealed for Sword and Shield today were anywhere in the list, proving it to be a false report like we originally anticipated. There is no mention of Wooloo, or Drednaw, or any of the Pokémon that came out during the Pokemon Sword and Shield direct live stream.

This new information goes to show that you should never, ever, believe a supposed leak or overhype something with no ground as its 99.99 percent of the time going to turn out to be just untrue.

Potentially, Galor forms could be a thing, but we have five months until the games are released to find out if that is a reality or not.

Pokémon Sword and Shield launch on November 15 for the Nintendo Switch.
