SEGA and Yakuza series developer Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio announced that Xbox and PC fans of the series will soon be able to play through the entirety of Kazuma Kiryu’s saga. The Yakuza Remastered Collection, including Yakuza 3, 4, and 5, will be available to download via Xbox Game Pass, Game Pass for PC, and on Windows 10 and Steam on January 28, 2021. Meanwhile Yakuza 6: The Song of Life will be available on March 25, 2021.

In case you forgot, all the previous titles in chronological order — the prequel Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami (Yakuza 1 remaster), and Yakuza Kiwami 2 — are already available on PC and Xbox platforms as well. After being a PlayStation-exclusive series for 15 years, Xbox and PC owners can finally easily revisit Kiryu’s early days in the yakuza from the late 1980s in Yakuza 0, through the end of his underworld career in Yakuza 6: The Song of Life next year.

The Yakuza Remastered Collection upgraded Yakuza 3 through 5’s visuals to 1080p and framerate to 60 FPS with updated localization and restored content including more than 20 side-quests, several minigames, and a whole hostess club management system. In Yakuza 6: The Song of Life you will finally complete the Dragon of Dojima’s journey and, alongside the red-light district of Kamurocho, features a quiet port town called Onomichi. It is the first title to implement the Dragon engine and still retains many of the iconic mini-games and features from the earlier entries in the Yakuza franchise.
