Naughty Dog formally unveiled their plans to release The Last of Us Part 1 Remake for PlayStation 5 and PC with a brand-new remake that will be a “complete revamp of the original experience” at Summer Game Fest last month. And since last month, dozens of remake information have been leaked, and new ones are coming.

The Last Of Us Part 1 Remake Images Leaks Online

The leaks, which were first shared on ResetEra and have now been replicated on Imgur, feature Tess, Tommy, Joel’s brother, and a small exception from the game’s opening scene. The individual who released the photos also said that the game has “no gameplay improvements” and that the changes are mostly in the animation and sounds.

According to the leaker, the game supports variable refresh rate (VRR), 4K/30 FPS (gameplay mode), and 4K/60 FPS (dynamic mode). Joel can add attachments when upgrading a weapon. Also, the game will have various new accessibility choices similar to The Last of Us: Part II.

Naughty Dog has sadly removed the most recent leaks from the internet. However, The Last of Us Part 1‘s development team will probably be keeping a close eye on the internet to prevent any additional spoilers from being revealed before the trailer’s official release. It’s worth remembering that the announcement for this remake was leaked a few hours before the premiere was scheduled.

Nevertheless, Naughty Dog has shared an official video from their remake available for everyone to watch. These have mostly focused on character comparisons between the game’s current-gen and last-gen versions. Tess’ most recent “glow up” was also showcased by Naughty Dog, and it differs substantially from how she seemed before. Tess’ new style has received mixed reviews. However, it does appear that the updated animation performance has more emotional complexity than the original.

The new title itself is not due until September. But The Last Of Us Part 1 Remake will have a unique location and cast, and more images and videos will be announced in the coming months.
