In recent discussions, an Ubisoft spokesperson made it clear that while Tom Clancy’s The Division was slated for a winter 2014 release on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, the PC market hasn’t been ruled out entirely. Massive Multiplayer titles have always been a staple in the PC playing field, but popularity of online console-gaming has become as profitable as on the once dominant PC.

It hasn’t been decided on just yet, according to a source at Ubisoft. They’ve been weighing on the interest stirring since the announcement of the game. Since profitability is a main goal, it would be foolish to refuse or acknowledge a relevant market share.

For those unaware, The Division is an open world online-only RPG developed by Ubisoft Massive for next-generation consoles.
