Head back to the Quartermaster to upgrade your character.
The Quartermaster is one of the most important characters in The Division 2 because they will allow you to upgrade your skills and abilities. Unfortunately, there’s only one place to find the Quartermaster in The Division 2. You’ll need to visit the base of operations in Washington D.C. This guide will explain where you need to go to upgrade your character, spend your skill points and find the Quartermaster in The Division 2.
Where to Upgrade Character in The Division 2
The Quartermaster is located in the Base of Operations. Your base of Operations is The White House. The Quartermaster is the first character that you’ll see when you enter The White House and he’ll be on the left hand side of the room. You can fast travel to The Base of Operations any time that you want to upgrade your character by using The Quartermaster.
Once you’ve reached the Quartermaster you can purchase new skills with unlock points or you can upgrade skills that you’ve previously purchased with SHD Tech Points. The Quartermaster will also allow you to spend SHD Tech Points on perks for your character. These include things like adding additional weapon slots, increase shield capacity, carry capacity, and many others
Anytime that you want to find the Quartermaster in the Division just head back to The White House base of operations to upgrade your skills or perks.
