Title Update 17 has arrived for The Division 2, and here’s the complete list of the changes and fixes added with this patch. It’s been a while since we last saw an update for this game. The Division 2 still has official support from Ubisoft, so don’t lose hope during these breaks. The new update contains a few noticeable changes, which might get your attention. NEW GEAR

Habsburg Guard a.k.a. New York Aircraft is a massive product.

  • 1 piece was fitted to give +15% Headshot damage.
  • Two pieces equipped give the manufacturer a total of 15-15 cents.
  • Two piece pieces of furniture have 58%Status effect.
  • The cashier and the backpack bonuses are included.
  • Named Chest VenerableTalent Perfect Trauma Appliesblindto enemy hit in the head. Start by 20 seconds. Whenever one gets up, someone gets up with their head. Temperature 20 seconds.
  • Backpack CourierTalent Complete Creeping Death Convergence With Status Effect on an enemy has the chance of spreading that same Status Effect to the nearest enemy within a 10-meter radius. Can only happen once every 10 seconds.

Hotshot Gear Set:

  • Named Chest VenerableTalent Perfect Trauma Appliesblindto enemy hit in the head. Start by 20 seconds. Whenever one gets up, someone gets up with their head. Temperature 20 seconds.

  • Backpack CourierTalent Complete Creeping Death Convergence With Status Effect on an enemy has the chance of spreading that same Status Effect to the nearest enemy within a 10-meter radius. Can only happen once every 10 seconds.

  • 2 pieces which give more than 30 percentMarksman Rifle & 30%Stability.

  • 3 pieces are more than 30% damaged than the damaged piece.

  • There are four pieces in which a unique talent can have access to an unqualified talent.

  • Talent Headache First Headshot with a Marksman Rifle will increase next headshot by 20%, second successive headshot with a Marksman Rifle will give +10% of his armor ($if fully armor does have bonus armor max +50% of his current armor value), third consecutive headshot willrefill magazine. From the fourth headshot forward agents will get all three bonuses for each headshot kill consecutively. A headshot will reset the cycle.

  • Bonuses on backpack and money’s wages:

  • Earning to 100 % bonus.

  • Backpack Talent Blessed Agents miss a headshot before resetting the cycle.

Unfortunately, it’s not available on POS stores.

Exotic Weapons

Sacrum Imperium Exotic variation of the G28 Marksmen Rifle.

  • Talent The Talent is the target of the characters that are in scope (maximum 10 years). Dosing marked targets is a good test. Killing another enemy with a headshotshortens the cooldown for about 10 seconds. Targets are first marked after two seconds.

There were Weapons and Talents in the name of Talent.

Prophet Police 686 Magnum revolver.

  • Talent Perfectly Focused* Killing an enemy with a headshotguaranteesthat the next shot will be a critical headshot. It is also good for Pistols, Rifles and Marksmen Rifles.

The G28 Marksmen Rifle is based on Relic G8.

  • Talent Perfectly Developed* Killing an enemy with an initial gun can result in a critical force. The speciality of Pistols, Rifles and Marksmen Rifles.

Talent Focused* After killing enemies with a headshot, the next shot landed on enemies will be aguaranteed headshot. They can be used as the exclusive ones to Pistols, Rifles and Marksmen Rifles.

PVP LIFE-QUALITY CHANGES.

  • Low-Skillers don’t use Jammer anymore when lowskill players use Jammer: Jammer levels must be based on the same level or higher.
  • Fixed a problem where Shrapnel Trap used PvP to damage a particular piece of wood.
  • Exotics not to a specific subject are available as random contaminated drinks in the DZ.
  • Exotic weapons can be received as random loot drops after killing enemies in DZ.

  • The PTS Crafting Cache doesn’t mention the new TU17 gear in its content description.

  • The Focused and Perfect Focused talents are exclusive for Pistols, Rifles and Marksmen Rifles show an incorrect naming: Focus and Perfect Focused.

  • Focused and Perfect Focused talents aren’t activated on new equipped items with the same talent as new ones.

  • The artillery of the Sacrum Impossible Marksman Rifle has a placeholder gallery.

  • The Sacrum Imperium Exotic Marksman Rifle has a Skin Slot.

  • The icon on the placeholder is displayed instead of the “Billmark” icon of the Order of War from the Habsburg War.

  • Exotic weapons can be received as random loot drops after killing enemies in DZ.

  • The Regulus and Pucks Nemesis have the chance to lose sight in the Dark Zone that isn’t intended or will be completely removed for TU17.

  • The regulus and Pucks Nemesis blueprints have a chance to drop in the Dark Zone but aren’t intended to be completely removed for TU17.

  • Towards the ring with the handle of the gun, I can’t even hear it.

  • The buff and then the next headshot, granted by the Headache Talent, is not lost if you don’t have your next headshot, even though the talent icon under the agents’ health bar disappears. The player can miss the many shots they want, but the next shot could have increased damage. Do not apply to this buff that occurs during the second or third headshot.

  • The pity of the next headshot granted by the Headache Talent means the pity of the weapon that a player can swap to whatever weapon will be played in – even if the talent icon under the agent’s health tab disappears. Besides the weapons, the buff is common.

  • The headshot damage bonus from the Headache Talent may not be reset if the headshots failed.

  • If the player combines the Hotshot gear with four pieces of the gear set before the Hotshot Vest is equipped with the Stand Tall chest piece talent, it will not work.

  • The Lucky Talent does not malfunction if the Hotshot Backpack isn’t one of the first four Hotshot Gear Set pieces.

  • Dyes can’t be applied to any Hotshot Gear Set piece.

As you see, there are many changes made with this update. The Title 17 update is also the year’s first update for The Division 2. As there are many new contents, the known issues part is also long. We hope to see them solved with further updates. The patch has a 6GB of size on Ubisoft Connect, but this might change per the platform.
