‘Tis the season of gaming and a lot of developers are already preparing for that. Dead by Daylight is a horror game that pits survivors to make their way out of the clutches of a killer. However, that doesn’t mean a bit of Holiday spirit can’t be thrown into the mix. The Dead by Daylight Bone Chill event is making its return. For those that remember, this event adds new winter-themed things a new prop for survivors to use. All of these things are part of Dead by Daylight’s winter update that started today with the Advent Calendar.

Dead by Daylight’s ‘Bone Chill’ event arrives on December 8

The event is a great way to keep people entertained during the holiday season. While the game is still adding a lot of new survivors and killers, it is always good to have something different to do. In this event, players will be able to disguise their survivors as Snowmen. With this prop, you can move slowly around the map to avoid the killer. Some people think the prop is too overpowered but we’ll have to wait and see how killers manage during the Dead by Daylight winter update.

We better not get any calls about tongues being frozen to Hooks.

Dead by Daylight 6.4.1 Update Patch Notes

Besides that, the game also has its Advent Calendar that went up today. This calendar will reward players for logging in. The calendar will run from December 1st to January 4th. This is great because, besides the new mode, it is also a good time to check the game and get some free goodies. You can use all these free rewards to upgrade your characters and prepare for the upcoming changes for the season. So, get ready to jump once more into this terrifying multiplayer experience and try your luck at surviving or hunting. Dead by Daylight’s ‘Bone Chill’ event arrives next week for all platforms.
