Lotus Head is a small plant in Genshin Impact. It will grow in water in the Liyue region, and it is used in both Alchemy and cooking. Lotus Head can be used to make Desiccant Potion, Streaming Essential Oil, Jade Parcels, Jewelry Soup, Lotus Seed and Bird Egg Soup, and Qingce Stir Fry.

The actual part of the plant you need to harvest is quite small, a green bulb that grows out of the flowery body of the rest of the plant. You also don’t need to do any elemental interaction with them to harvest them, so can grab them no matter who is in your party.

Where to find Lotus Head

You can find a lot of Lotus Head plants growing in the stepped pools of water at Luhua Pool. Check them all every couple of days and harvest anything you find there.

You can also find plenty of Lotus Head in the waters near Huaguang Stone Fortress. The best part about farming them here is that Geovishap Hatchlings will also spawn in the area, making it a very efficient farm spot for multiple resources.

You can also keep a nice steady supply of Lotus Heads coming in by sending characters on Expeditions to certain areas. Guili Plains will reward 8-12 plants for a 24-hour Expedition.

If you need some very quickly, you can get them from Bubu Pharmacy in Liyue Harbor. Herbalist Gui will sell you up to 10 of them for 300 Mora each. You will need to wait a few days for the store to restock each time.
