First released in November 2018, the game was commended for its use of the classic Tetris gameplay mixed with modern music and style. Another mention is how the game was also playable in PlayStation VR, where the visuals would wrap around you as you play.

Up until this point, the soundtrack has never been available to check out devoid of the game. When it released the game came with a sampler of some of the songs, but besides that, you would have had to listen to third party rips of the soundtrack.

Since then, the game has received ports onto new platforms. Tetris Effect was ported to PC in July 2019, and last week launched on the Oculus Quest.

Tetris Effect Soundtrack Available on Spotify, Bandcamp and More

For those subscribed to Apple Music, the waiting for the soundtrack continues. Enhance Games have stated that the soundtrack will come to Apple Music, but at the time of this writing is still not available.

Even if you have not played the game, the chill soundtrack sets you in a trance-like no other soundtrack does.

Video game soundtracks have come into a major resurgence in the last few days. Along with Tetris Effect, the soundtrack for Final Fantasy VII Remake also was released for streaming recently.
