E! has announced their latest series 7 Year Stitch, which stars Real Housewives of Orange County’s Heather Dubrow and her husband Terry Dubrow of Botched fame. The series follows The Dubrows as they use their marital magic to help couples on the brink of divorce. With over 25 years of marriage success behind them, they’re seeking to prevent other couples from becoming another failed marriage statistic. A series hosted by Terry & Heather Dubrow is exactly the type of marriage show that could yield some genuine success.
In the trailer (posted to Bravo’s official Twitter), Heather & Terry break down the full premise of the new series. The Dubrows are experts in the subject of marriage. That cannot be denied. They tied the knot over 25 years ago and are still going strong. They’ve faced their own set of struggles, so this is far from foreign territory. Most married couples that get divorced call it quits by the 7th year, so that’s where the Dubrows come in. It’s now or never for these embattled spouses.

In the official trailer, Heather states, “we’ve always felt like we could help other couples overcome some of the same challenges that we’ve faced.” During their initial tenure on Real Housewives, The Dubrows dealt with many relatable relationship struggles. The most prominent of them was the dreaded work/life balance. With a proven track record of fixing their own marriage problems, there’s nobody better to help these new struggling couples.
Couples seeking the help of Terry & Heather Dubrow will undergo a 7-week make or break experiment. Couples will be separated for 7 weeks and given a “complete mind, body, and lifestyle makeover.” It’s then up to the couples to determine if their hearts are still in the marriage or not. With new versions of one another, it’s anyone’s guess as to which way the couple will lean.
With the announcement of 7 Year Stitch hosted by Terry & Heather Dubrow, their family remains booked and busy. Terry is still changing lives in his own right on the plastic surgery correction series, Botched. Meanwhile, Heather Dubrow recently made her long-awaited return to The Real Housewives of Orange County after a five-year absence.
