It has been revealed that Teresa Giudice did not sign a prenup before her wedding to her new husband, Luis Ruelas. On Tuesday, October 18 episode of Watch What Happens Live with host Andy Cohen, which was already taped at BravoCon last weekend, the Tv star was asked about her decision.
Teresa Giudice cited “true love” as the main reason she didn’t sign a prenup with Luis Ruelas.
During WWHL, the crowd was angry when the 50-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star said she didn’t sign a prenup. Cohen had to calm the crowd down as he told them that it was her personal decision to make.
In a February episode of WWHL, the reality star said that she had no intentions of taking anything from her 47-year-old husband, Ruelas. Cohen had asked Ruelas, who was in the audience in that episode, whether they discussed a possible prenup. Ruelas shook his head in response.
The reality star’s daughter, 21-year-old Gia, who was also on the show, came to her mother’s rescue. Gia claimed that her dad, Joe Giudice made her mom sign a prenup, and she didn’t like that.

The reality star was previously married to Joe Giudice. The duo had gotten married in 1999 and split up in 2020. Teresa and Joe share four daughters; 21-year-old Gia, 18-year-old Gabriella, 16-year-old Milania, and 13-year-old Audriana.
In November 2020, two months after Teresa and Joe finished their divorce process, Us Weekly confirmed that Teresa and Ruelas were dating officially.
Ruelas proposed to the reality star in October 2021 during a trip to Greece. The couple got married in August 2022. Since then, the couple has been living happily and enjoying the newlywed life.
On Saturday, October 15, Ruelas exclusively revealed to Us Weekly that he had talked to Joe before his wedding to his ex-wife, Teresa. He revealed that he assured Joe that he was committed to Teresa and his daughters, and that was very commendable.
The couple, Teresa and Ruelas, do not share any child together. The businessman also has two sons, Nicholas and Louie Jr., whom he shares with Marisa DiMartino from his previous marriage.
