90 Day Fiancé has exploded in popularity since the season one premiere in 2014, but the TLC franchise premiered over half of its 18-show catalog during the quarantine, reaching more views than ever before. When Discovery+ debuted in January 2021 as a streaming service with exclusive 90 Day content (hijacking Pillow Talk from its cable spot), the fanbase was divided. The 90 Day Fiancé –verse drove a hard bargain debuting eight new shows on its parent’s platform, and the fans who first hesitated trickled back in. Who could resist watching big figures like Danielle and Colt and Molly as they dusted off and tried again in 90 Day Fiance: The Single Life? Speaking of Colt, he dropped a major secret during the second part of the Tell-All, revealing that he and Vanessa had eloped the month prior, telling Mother Debbie for the first time on stage!

During the unpredictable conclusion of 90 Day Fiance: The Single Life, Colt’s ex-girlfriend Jess comes on stage with her new husband Brian to essentially torment Mother Debbie and harass Colt and Vanessa, still scorned from his infidelity. Just as everyone is screaming over each other and tensions are higher than ever before, Colt interrupts to drop a bombshell secret: “I’m with Vanessa now, in fact, I love Vanessa so much that I married Vanessa and didn’t tell anybody in this f***ing room!” Confused and bewildered, the rest of the cast looks around the room and realizes that Debbie was also unaware of their nuptials. “So, you didn’t know?” host Shaun Robinson asks Debbie for confirmation. “I didn’t tell anybody, Shaun,” says an exasperated Colt.

Despite originally lying and telling everyone, from the cast to the crew/producers and even Colt’s mom, that they were still engaged, Colt and Vanessa did in fact elope a month prior. “As long as they’re happy, I’m perfectly fine with it. I went to his first wedding and it didn’t end well,” Mother Debbie quells any doubts that she’s upset from being kept in the dark. The two spontaneously decided to tie the knot while road tripping to Reno, and they genuinely seem happy and in love. The rest of the cast gave their stamp of approval, even Big Ed congratulated the couple, after harassing and insulting Colt the whole day.

In a strange turn of events, Jess changes her bitter-tune and says she’s actually very happy for Colt and Vanessa and thinks his ability to keep something from his mom shows promise that he’s actually growing. And the next thing you know, Mother Debbie is calling a truce with Jess, and everyone hugs each other, ending things on a happy note. “Wow, this is a tell-all like no other one!” Shaun chimes in as the rest of the cast enjoyed a moment of solace before returning to absolute mayhem.

90 Day Fiance: The Single Life concludes tonight Sunday, May 23rd on Discovery+.
