Teen Mom Star Cheyenne Floyd’s husband has been sentenced to jail just two weeks after their wedding. Cheyenne Floyd’s husband, Zach Davis, was sentenced after pleading guilty to a DUI charge back in 2020. Read on to find out more.
Cheyenne Floyd’s Husband’s Sentencing
Zach was arrested on charges of DUI of alcohol, driving on a license that was suspended/revoked due to a previous DUI, and knowingly driving on a suspended/revoked license.
Us Weekly obtained documents on Wednesday, October 12. The documents showed that the sentencing is based on his 2020 DUI charge. Zach “pled guilty to driving while blood alcohol count is .08 or above.”
The documents further revealed that the 31-year-old was sentenced to 120 days in Los Angeles County Jail and 60 months of probation. Cheyenne Floyd’s husband will pay a $500 fine and must participate in an 18-month alcohol education program. Zach is scheduled to begin his sentence by November 1.
This is not Zach’s first brush with the law. His criminal record comprises an identity theft charge, a prior DUI that ensued in probation, and a probation violation.

Zach proposed to Teen Mom star Cheyenne Floyd at their son’s baby shower in April 2021. The two later said their vows in Pasadena, California, on September 29, 2022.
The Nails by Ryder K founder and her husband have been together for a long time. Their relationship started when Cheyenne was a senior in high school. Since then, the pair has split and gotten back together more than once.

Zach also joined the mood as he shared his own carousel of himself and his wife. He captioned the post:
Friends and family, including the couple’s son Ace and the Teen Mom star‘s daughter, Rory K, who she shares with her ex-boyfriend, attended the lavish ceremony. The siblings drove down the aisle in luxury toy cars.
The news of Cheyenne Floyd’s husband’s incarceration will certainly shock and disappoint her and the kids. Thankfully, he won’t be in for too long.
