American singer and songwriter Taylor Swift announced that she has a new album on the way during the just concluded 2022 VMAs. Fans can’t wait as the album is scheduled to drop this October.
Swift wasn’t expected to turn up for the event, but she shocked everyone by not just her attendance but her look. She donned a crystal-themed dress that made her look like the gem she was.

The star opened up while receiving her award for the Video of the Year for “All Too Well.” This new album will be her first since Folklore and Evermore dropped in 2020.
Fans went into a frenzy when Taylor Swift announced that she would drop the new album titled “Midnights.” She explained that her new album is a collection written in the middle of the night, a journey through terrors and sweet dreams.
An official countdown to the album release date was set up on her site, but it crashed at Midnight!

Another clue that Swift’s supporters are holding onto is her attire at the VMAs. After three years of absence, Swift appeared as a shiny star at the event.
She was clad in a glistening Oscar de la Renta dress with matching Christian Louboutin heels and Lorraine Schwartz diamond drop earrings and rings. The attire pointed at the snake imagery she used for the “Reputation” era.
It has caused fans to believe that after this new album, “Midnights,” Taylor Swift’s next project may be a redo of the “Reputation” album, as she has done for five other projects.
