It comes after the actor sold off his Beverly Hills estate to the singer, Adele, at the beginning of 2022. The singer reportedly purchased Stallone’s BH property for $58 million after it was initially listed for $110 million.
Right after the sale of his Beverly Hills property to the singer, the actor and his family moved to Palm Beach, Florida. He obtained the Florida estate for $35 million.
Now, Sylvester Stallone has put up his Hidden Hills estate for sale at $22.5 million. Per TMZ, the actor’s family doesn’t have much need for the property as they spend more time in Florida now. It’s the reason the property is listed.
