Fans of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate have been chomping at the bit, wondering when Fatal Fury alum Terry Bogard would join the fighter line-up this month. But an announced livestream event for the game hints that he could be coming sooner rather than later.

The official Nintendo Versus Twitter account confirmed today that a special broadcast will take place on Nov. 6, featuring none other than Smash Bros. director Masahiro Sakurai. The focus of the live-stream will be on Bogard’s character, and it will be roughly 45 minutes long. You can see the tweet below.

Considering that the stream will be 45 minutes long, chances are we’ll see a little bit more than your usual round of gameplay. For instance, the Smash Bros. team could have a release date announcement for Bogard — possibly even as soon as the afternoon of the broadcast. And there’s also the chance we’ll get a teaser of who will be the fifth and final character in the first season of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, for release sometime early next year.

None of that is confirmed, but the last time we got a Super Smash broadcast, Banjo-Kazooie was showcased and then confirmed for release shortly after that for the game. So we could be in store for a similar scenario here.

Oh, and one more thing — you’ll need to get up rather early for this broadcast. It kicks off at 5 AM PDT on the 6th. We’ll be the ones drinking coffee when you wake up.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is available now.
