After acquiring thirty-three percent of the Japanese video game company SNK Corporation back in November of 2020, Electronic Gaming Development Company now owns 96.18% of the company. This report comes from SNK’s official site which hosts a Results of Tender Offer detailing the purchase of shares. The offer was made to the company on December 17 of last year. While we don’t know when the deal was agreed upon, the settlement was finalized on February 15....

CNN is reporting that Michael K Williams, who was most known for his portrayal of the Robin Hood of Baltimore, Omar Little, from The Wire, was found dead in his apartment. Williams was found with drug paraphernalia near his body in his New York penthouse by his nephew on Monday. He was only 54 years of age. As you might remember, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt was already updated in order to natively support Xbox One X with upgraded graphics, resolution and more stable frame rate. The same support has reached a while back PS4 Pro, but CD Projekt RED has announced a new patch is on its way to let the game support HDR and improve the already existing update. Nintendo has announced that it will open the Super Smash Bros. Invitational to the public at E3 2014. The company is inviting all Super Smash Bros. fans in the Los Angeles area on June 10th to come and see the game at the Nokia Theater. Those heading out to the event should note that Nintendo says that 3000 wristbands will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
